Click on “Customer Complaint Management System”. This will take to complain form.
After choosing the type of complaint, you will be directed to an online complaint form. Fill in your personal details, including your name, address, and electricity account number. You should also provide a brief description of the issue you're facing.
After filling in the complaint form, click on the "Register Complaint" button to register your complaint. You will receive a complaint number, which you should note down for future reference.
Once you've registered your complaint, you can follow up on it by calling the FESCO helpline at 118 or by checking the status of your complaint online. To check the status of your complaint online, go to the complaints page on the FESCO website, click on the "Track Your Complaint" tab, and enter your complaint number.
